• Orders are processed after successful payment
• Delivery time varies depending on the service selected
• Some services may start instantly, while others may take time

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel or refuse any order

• Refill Services: Eligible for refills within a specified period if the delivered engagement drops
• No Refill Services: No guarantee or refill will be provided once the service is delivered

9.1 Payments

• All payments must be made in advance

9.2 Refunds

• Funds added to your Goviraa account are non-refundable
• Completed or partially delivered orders are non-refundable
• Refunds may only be issued in cases of:
  • Failed orders
  • Undelivered services

Refunds will be issued as account balance unless otherwise determined.

You agree NOT to:

• Use fake, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods
• Resell Goviraa services without permission
• Exploit system bugs or vulnerabilities
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the platform
• Interfere with platform security or functionality

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content on Goviraa, including but not limited to: Logos, Text, Graphics, Website design... is the property of Goviraa and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Goviraa shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Account suspension or bans by third-party platforms

Use of our services is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goviraa, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
